Policies & Procedures

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour's notice for cancellations. Please read through the following carefully before booking.

Deposits
All services require a 30% deposit when booking to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and go towards your booked service balance.

Cancellations
If you cancel less than 24hrs before your appointment your deposit cannot be transferred. And you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

Late Policy
Please arrive on time and call if you think you will be late. There is a 15 min grace period. After 15 mins your appointment will automatically be canceled, deposit forfeited and you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

Rescheduling
Two deposit transfers are allowed per booking. Please reschedule at least 24hrs before your appointment or else you forfeit your deposit.

Payments
The remaining balance is due on the day of your service. We accept the following methods as forms of payment: credit/ debit, Apple Pay, Cashapp, Venmo, or cash.

Consent
For skin treatments: clients must be over the age of 18 for any advanced facial services. Facials are available for minors ages 13-17, but a parent or guardian must sign on child’s behalf.

Safety
Please wear a mask in the waiting areas of the facility and if you think you may be ill, DO NOT book any services.
